Shipping Methods

Standard Freight Shipping

We offer free freight shipping on most products within the contiguous United States.

Local Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order at one of our local warehouse locations. Please contact us in advance to confirm product availability and schedule your pickup. Pick-up hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Important Notes:

• Unloading Requirement: Regardless of whether your order is delivered or picked up, you must have a forklift or equivalent equipment available to unload it safely.
• Order Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, whether it is delivered or picked up. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can assist you promptly.
• Since BARGAIN, CLEARANCE, and AS-IS products are non-returnable, we recommend picking up your order at one of our warehouses. Local pick-up allows you to verify the product condition and ensures a smoother transaction.

Shipping Costs

Most items qualify for free standard freight shipping. Any additional delivery services such as liftgate service and scheduled delivery appointments are subject to additional charges.

Delivery Timeframes

1. Order Processing, within 1 business day
2. Order Ready, 1–2 business days
3. Shipment Scheduled, within 1–2 business days
4. Delivery, 3–5 business days 

Please note:

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters such as fires, floods, hailstorms, tornadoes, or earthquakes).

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your address is correct so our shipping partners can deliver your order successfully.

P.O. Box addresses are not accepted at this time. 

Failure to provide a valid commercial or residential address may result in additional shipping charges or delays.

However, due to the complexity and high cost of shipping to certain remote areas,

We currently do not offer delivery to the following locations:

Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
